BUSINESSES

Small businesses will work on a first-come, first-served basis. Larger businesses require application. Each of these businesses will have a rental box outside that will cost 1L and allow a max of 7 days per cycle. These rental boxes provide no LI as all businesses are pre-furnished and, in general, will not be adjusted for individual owners (though we might update a business over time), so potential business owners should go in knowing they come as-is.

• Businesses are strictly for active roleplayers on the sim, which is why the cycle is set to 7 days. If you miss your rental payment, your business will be available for other active roleplayers to take.

• All businesses are furnished; the build will not be changed.

• You cannot have a sub-tenant or another player rent the box on your behalf. If you are the business owner, you must own the renting box.

• Roleplay happens, and some situations could see you evicted from the business for RP reasons.

• There will be no extension to the allowed maximum renting days/weeks.

• Businesses are an essential part of the sim, not a location for the owner and friends to go OOC.

• There are no refunds on rentals or businesses.

• We reserve the right to remove any business owners that we feel are not adequately fulfilling the RP purpose of the business.

• It is strongly suggested you have any corresponding skills or abilities related to a business where it makes sense if you plan to rent, or at least have staff already willing to work for you in said business with those skills. For example, Weaponsmith or Armorsmith for a Smithy, high healing skill or Cure for a Clinic or Witch Doctor, Alchemy for a Baker or Butcher, etc.
