PLAYER-CREATED GROUPS
You are welcome to create your own group to play on the sim with Admin approval, though unofficial groups will not receive the same kind of content, space, and consideration as an official group. Player-created groups must also fall within the lore and abide by all sim rules.
GUIDELINES

-
Must receive Admin approval before creation.
-
Should be named in the format Soulmoor: Your Group Name for consistency and ease of search.
-
Cannot be disruptive to general roleplay on sim.
-
Cannot be broadly offensive in any way, such as using slurs or profanity in the title.
-
Cannot be named after a particular race or type of undead. For example, you cannot make Soulmoor: The Orcs or Soulmoor: Vampires.
-
Cannot be the same or have the same purpose as an official group or guild nor impinge on their spaces. So no making The Mage's Guild 2 or Guild of Mages.
-
Cannot simply be named after the location and type of business like Soulmoor: Duskmire Bakery. Instead, if you want to make a group for a rentable business, it should be something you create, such as Soulmoor: Sunrise Bakery.
-
Must add a member of staff as an additional owner at having 10+ members for moderation purposes.
-
Cannot be above 15 members (excluding staff) without staff approval.

Any group that grows large enough and has a consistently positive impact on the sim can potentially become an official group and receive the same kind of benefits. However, its ownership will need to be handed over to Soulmoor staff for moderation and continuity to finalize this change if becoming an official group is something that the group wants.

DISCORD SERVERS

-
All official groups will have their own space on the official Discord, and all information and notices should be sent through the official discord and SL group instead of any third-party servers created by members or leaders.
-
Player-Created Groups that wish to make the transition to an official group must transition to the official Discord.
