THE ORCWALL

A harsh and bleak landscape filled with constant dust storms, earthquakes, and the occasional flood from the Nandra Sea, the Orcwall is home to the largest concentration of Orcs in the known continents, with countless tribes vying for the tiny bit of food and water that the area can provide, with many tribes even turning to cannibalism and making their enemy another potential resource. The land cultivating the race's already increased aggressiveness and ferocity and then unleashes them onto the rest of the world when drought or starvation gets especially bad. This generally leads to many tribes roaming out to other parts of the continent or occasionally crossing the Nandra Sea in crude ships, spreading out and usually becoming the overall Orc menace most are used to.

However, occasionally within the Orcwall, one tribe or leader will prove so dominant that it will be able to keep control of dozens or even hundreds of other tribes and set off on a campaign of destruction that changes the landscape for centuries to come. The Green March 500 years ago was the most recent example. It had destroyed all of the kingdoms that used to exist in what is now Khexstin and Yord before eventually splintering in the Barbarian Kingdoms, spreading smaller tribes through most of the rest of the continent. For now, most others are just hoping that it will be at least another 500 years before anyone can concentrate their strength and numbers again.
